Job summary

True Harmony Company is seeking a positive, motivated entry-level Finished Products Technician for our Ely, Nevada farm. You will handle post-harvest processing to ensure quality and compliance, with a structured schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous experience in horticulture or cannabis cultivation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the harvesting of cannabis plants, preserving plant integrity.
• Monitor drying rooms to ensure optimal humidity and temperature.
• Maintain precise curing procedures for quality enhancement.
• Shuck and trim cannabis by hand and machine to meet standards.
• Conduct quality control checks for consistency and compliance.
• Accurately weigh, package, and label finished cannabis products.
• Prepare products for distribution, including inventory tracking and shipping.
