Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and feedback; manage performance and progressive discipline.
• Drive employee retention and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and manage drivers' schedules to ensure coverage and loads.
• Oversee injury and incident reporting and investigations.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance with EHS teams.
• Set budgets, track KPIs, and maximize fleet utilization.
• Support external customers and internal teams; communicate with dispatch and management.
