Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a Distribution Manager to directly supervise drivers and lead daily fleet operations in the Lebanon area. The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, safety, and customer service while aligning with company safety initiatives and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience desirable.
• Experience managing teams in oil and gas preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous coaching and feedback; manage performance processes.
• Drive employee retention and wellness initiatives.
• Develop and manage drivers' schedules to ensure coverage.
• Oversee injury and incident reporting and investigations.
• Promote safety and environmental initiatives; work with EHS.
• Establish budgets and KPIs; maximize fleet utilization.
• Support internal/external customers and maintain relationships.
