Job summary

Irving Energy is seeking a Distribution Manager to supervise drivers and oversee daily fleet operations in the Lebanon area. The role emphasizes safety initiatives, coaching, and collaboration with dispatch and fleet management to meet loads and budgets.

Responsibilities include coaching, retention programs, and incident management while promoting a safe, efficient work environment with KPI-driven metrics.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous coaching and feedback, administer performance management process and follow progressive discipline procedures.
• Engage in employee retention and satisfaction initiatives, including wellness programs.
• Develop and manage drivers’ schedules including vacations and shifts to ensure full coverage.
• Manage injury and incident reporting; assist with investigation and resolution.
• Promote personal and environmental safety and achieve established goals with EH&S.
• Establish budgets, support KPIs, and maximize fleet utilization.
• Support external customers by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
