Hertz is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Clerk at our Kailua-Kona location (73-104 Aulepe St, Kailua-Kona HI 96740). You will handle day-to-day data entry, file maintenance, and phone support for Fleet and Maintenance records.

Strong written and verbal communication is required. High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year office experience preferred. Hourly rate is $17.00 with weekly pay and benefits described by HertzBenefits.com.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and enter information into computer systems.
• Complete office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.
• Compile and maintain local paperwork for reports, vehicle information, and company documents.
• Perform basic receivable processes including generation or submittal of purchase orders/invoices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
