Job summary

Hertz-1 is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Clerk at our Indianapolis location to manage day-to-day data entry and processing, maintain local files, and handle phone communications. This role supports the Fleet and Maintenance teams by ensuring accurate records and smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in an office setting preferred.
• Previous experience using computers is a plus.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and enter information into computer systems.
• Complete office processes, including filing, mail handling and directing calls.
• Compile and maintain local paperwork including reports, vehicle information, and company documents.
• Perform basic receivable processes including generation or submission of purchase orders/invoices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
