Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Work-Fit/health field such as Exercise Physiology, Fitness, or Health/Wellness.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• 3 years of professional experience in a specified health field.
• Effective written and oral communication skills; able to work with individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Work-Fit services per SOP to clients at-site.
• Manage health and fitness program delivery, safety, and participant well-being.
• Coordinate group exercise offerings and monitor instructor readiness and class safety.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and facility safety; respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
