Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners in Renton, WA is seeking a Work‑Fit Assistant Team Leader to assist the Team Leader in planning, delivering, and measuring Work‑Fit services at client sites. You will help maintain SOPs, support safety, and collaborate with Operations, Health & Safety, and Client Management.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Work‑Fit/health field, state licensure, CPR/AED, two years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and relevant client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the Work‑Fit/Customer specified health field.
• Required State Licensure and/or Professional certification in the specified health field.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• Two years of professional experience in the specified health field.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling, with individuals and groups.
• Ability to manage time to ensure all duties and responsibilities are met on a daily and weekly basis.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and to conduct on‑line research.
• Proficient with Healthy Roster, Twin Oaks, and client databases (as applicable to each Program).
• Comfortable in the delivery of service in various work environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, office, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Policy and Procedures: maintain a safe, secure, and professional work environment and enforce SOPs.
• Business Planning: assist with strategic goals and research trends to deliver services.
• Program Measurement: document interactions and support quality reviews and scorecards.
• Team Member Development: assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Delivery of Work‑Fit Services: deliver the agreed scope of services.
• Customer Relations: conduct customer interviews and participate in client meetings.
• Professional Development: stay current with policies and laws, pursue ongoing education.
• Program Marketing: assist with marketing plans and materials.
• Facility/Office Management: maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Additional Duties and Projects as Assigned.
