Qualifications

• Applicable state licensure as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for state licensure
• Exceptional ability to engage employees in an occupational environment
• Developed as an Athletic Trainer
• Skilled communicator, motivator and work well as part of a team
• Able to focus, organize, and prioritize delivery of services
• A natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone
• Competent with Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, communicate, develop, deliver and measure Work-Fit services.
• Manage customer interviews and client meetings.
• Develop and review program scorecards with client leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members for the Work-Fit program.
• Deliver services consistent with SOPs and client requirements.
