Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree.
• Experience with industrial hi-tech semiconductor projects and fire protection/mechanical systems.
• Ability to work with CSI specifications and read construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection mechanical subcontractors to maintain schedule and assist startup and commissioning.
• Interpret construction documents, control sequences and technical manuals.
• Lead startup meetings with project team, vendors, and owners to coordinate systems.
• Coordinate MEP system startups with civil, architectural and structural elements.
• Train client personnel in operations and maintenance of MEP systems
