Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America is seeking a Field Superintendent - Chemical & Gas Systems for a fully onsite role in Boise, ID. The position oversees the mechanical project team, coordinates with subcontractors, manages RFIs and submittals, and ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a large semiconductor project.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontracts, managing cost control, and interfacing with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve constructability

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical construction experience.
• Extensive experience on large industrial and hi-tech fabrication projects.
• Experience with Fab, Subfab, Cleanroom, Tool, Jungle Gym, Utility and Process Systems.
• Familiar with CSI specification system for construction.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Manage RFIs and submittals for review with Owner/Architect.
• Oversee cost control and QA/QC program.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site specifications.
