Qualifications

• Experience across multiple areas of the revenue cycle including financial counseling and Medicaid eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the financial journey during hospitalization and up to 30 days post-discharge.
• Screen Medicaid and assist with financial assistance applications.
• Provide financial counseling, create estimates, and support revenue cycle KPIs.
• Collaborate with case management, social workers, and physician liaisons to resolve issues.
