You will provide clear explanations of the FA policy, assist with registrations, and support financial clearance processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to use AI to improve processes and patient experiences.

Responsabilités

• Review benefits and collect patient liabilities while meeting daily POS collection goals.
• Notify recently discharged patients with outstanding estimated liabilities.
• Assist with daily cashiering, reconciliation, and deposits.
• Handle flat-rate contracts, bundled services, and self-pay options.
• Communicate with stakeholders on case statuses and escalations.
• Coordinate with Case/Utilization Management on regulatory forms.
