Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Finance preferred).
1+ years of experience in manufacturing administration.
On-site manufacturing/plant operations experience preferred.
Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and cost drivers.
Experience with SAP ECC / SAP BW for inventory transactions and cost reporting.
Experience with BlackLine or similar automated reconciliation tools.

Responsibilities

Track and report plant KPIs (HPEU, line yields, efficiency metrics).
Perform root-cause variance analyses on labor costs, overtime, downtime, and throughput.
Support SOX controls documentation and process compliance.
Assist with annual Profit Plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range capacity planning.
Support forecast of departmental spending, MRO, non-production inventory, and utility accruals.
Assist with month-end close, cost allocations, reconciliations, and SOX/IPE audit documentation.
