Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an entry-level Finance professional for our remote workforce in the United States. This role supports capital strategies, financial analyses, and reporting for internal decisions and cross-business initiatives.

You will collaborate with teams to monitor performance and drive adherence to GAAP in daily operations. We value foundational accounting knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Good communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of critical assignments/tasks.
• Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. ( Systems, Process flow, Daily job responsibilities, issue resolution, handling queries, daily volume tracking & delegation)
• Owns Teams daily KPI s- Work allocation, delegation, follow up & closure
• Works independently and will be First point of contact for escalations-Pro actively flags system latency & disruptions and keeps leadership informed.
