• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Ability to work in changing priorities and ambiguity.
• PM certification is a must-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Establish governance, meeting cadences, status reporting, and escalation processes.
• Track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies; drive resolution.
• Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams for alignment.
• Clarify roles, ownership, and decision points across teams.
• Prepare clear project updates and leadership communications.
