Job summary

NFI is seeking an HRIS Analyst in New Jersey to partner with HR directors and customers to optimize HR processes, ensure data integrity, and support HRMS upgrades and reporting. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and training clients on new HR system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HRIS experience (Workday preferred), strong BI and Cognos skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR or related field.
  • 4+ years of HRIS experience, Workday preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence and Cognos reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access; maintain data confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships.
  • Knowledge of Workday/UKG is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze work processes and improve HR workflows; partner with HR leaders.
  • Provide production support for HRIS systems and resolve issues.
  • Assist in HRMS upgrades, testing, and patches; support data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain reports and queries for customers.
  • Create user procedures and train clients on new functionality.
  • Stay current with HRMS trends and apply rolling improvements.
