Job summary

NFI is seeking a Finance Ops Support Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams and advance finance systems capabilities from its Camden, NJ office. The role emphasizes project management and continuous improvement within the Finance Systems Team, handling analysis, documentation, and process enhancements.

The position involves onsite work five days a week in Camden, NJ, with responsibilities spanning requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and process optimization across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of back-office finance processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean and Continuous Improvement methods preferred.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions integration preferred.
• SQL/Alteryx/Power BI/Workday Financials knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and define system scope and objectives.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop ad hoc reports using various departmental data sources and systems.
• Support Finance Systems with projects and issue resolution.
• Participate in Lean CI initiatives and process mapping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues across departments.
