Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) seeks a senior financial/program controller for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will lead development and analysis of EVM data, support EACs, and partner with stakeholders on financial forecasting and planning.

The role requires DoD experience, DoD clearance, and a strong background in FP&A, AOP, and LRP. US citizenship is mandatory for security clearance; incumbents must be able to obtain/maintain clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business related field or equivalent experience.
Advanced Degree in related field with 5+ years experience preferred.
DoD experience required.
Experience managing multiple DoD contracts with external deliverables (IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR, CFSR).

Responsibilities

Develop cost-plus contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) program controls.
Lead and mentor peers on development and analysis of program financial data, EACs, and forecasts.
Provide financial analysis and guidance to internal and external stakeholders for decision making.
Support financial planning aspects (LRP, AOP, working capital, monthly performance reporting).
Contribute to growth opportunities and gate processes for proposals.
