Job summary

OnLogic’s Finance Co-op in South Burlington, VT offers hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will support cross-functional teams and participate in ad-hoc projects to guide critical business decisions in a collaborative environment.

We seek an undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration who can commit to January–June 2027, with a readiness to learn GAAP and work fully onsite at our Vermont office.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, who will return for 1+ semester at their institution following completion of the Co-op
• Willingness to learn Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Some experience working on analytical or financial projects related to business
• Experience with excel-style software (we use Google Sheets primarily)
• Ability to work with ambiguity. This role will require you to form opinions based on your analytical findings and then defend those conclusions.
• Available full-time (up to 40 hours per week) from January 2027 through June 2027
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future
• Satisfactory completion of a background check

Responsibilities

• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities for all OnLogic departments
• Assisting in variance analysis
• Assisting in ad-hoc projects to support critical business decisions
• Finding opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining finance processes
• Assisting in all aspects of financial planning and analysis
