Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check by state insurance department.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a Republic Finance branch.
• Participate in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings activities.
• Work with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued and learn about benefits.
