Job summary

Odesso, Inc. is seeking an early-career Finance Analyst – Accounting, Billing & Compliance to support day-to-day financial operations in Phoenix, onsite.

You will handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and ensure finance data accuracy while partnering with senior leadership across the CFO organization. The role sits near the CFO organization and offers a path toward Finance Manager, with responsibilities spanning monthly reporting, contract-related obligations, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or a closely related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; strong recent graduates encouraged.
• Strong skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Comfort investigating inconsistencies and presenting findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
• Own accounts payable processes, vendor records, and payment schedules.
• Manage customer billing and invoicing; maintain accurate billing records.
• Maintain accounts receivable tracker and report AR status to management.
• Perform reconciliations across bank, credit card, billing, and cash-flow.
• Develop Excel/Google Sheets models, dashboards, and automated reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
