Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Field Services Technician to support customers in the Fremont, CA area. This full-time role involves traveling to client sites, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Ricoh printers and copiers, and performing preventative maintenance and setup.

You will deliver excellent customer service, document service activity, and work Monday10Friday with 40 hours per week. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or equipment repair.
• Mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across Fremont and the San Jose area.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Ricoh printers and copiers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment setup.
• Resolve mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and document service activity.
