Qualifications

• Maintains high attention to detail and organization with strong time management per SLA/SOW.
• Proficient with PC use: Excel, MS Office, email, data entry and web browsing.
• Identifies problems in straightforward situations and uses standard procedures to decide.
• Eager to learn technologies around print production and finishing equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend and reach.

Responsibilities

• Carries out preventative maintenance checks and first level repair following procedures.
• Mentors/coaches peers and shares knowledge.
• Educates and trains client groups on equipment usage.
• Maintains clean devices and safe work environment.
• Logs activities including on-site parts inventory and consumables replenishment.
• Ensures SLA targets and customer requirements are met.
• Contributes to personal development and training to maintain skill set.
