Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Docucare Associate to deliver on-site outsourcing and facilities management for end-user customers. You will help maintain contract service levels, nurture customer relationships, and meet cost targets while supporting productive service delivery and growth.

The role emphasizes proactive customer service and continuous improvement. The position requires travel to client locations, strong PC skills, and the ability to train and mentor client groups.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating the needs of the customer to align with Xerox’s business mission/objective.
• Able to work with minimal oversight, maintaining a high attention to detail and organization while demonstrating superior time management skills in accordance with SLA/SOW.
• Functional knowledge of a PC, including Excel, Microsoft Office and web browsing, sending and receiving emails, managing files, and performing data entry.
• Eager to learn technologies surrounding print production and finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carries out preventative maintenance checks and first level repair.
• Escalates issues following defined procedures for next level maintenance and technical support.
• Travelling to different client locations.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and acts as a mentor/coach.
• Educates and trains client groups on equipment usage and functions.
• Maintains clean and tidy devices and safe work environment.
• Logs all activities including on-site parts inventory and replenishment of consumables.
• Ensures SLA is achieved, and customer requirements are met and exceeded.
• Commits to developing and maintaining skill sets through training.
