Solenis is seeking a Support Engineer for our Pulp and Water division in Riegelwood, North Carolina. The role involves routine testing and monitoring at customer sites, data entry, and preparing service reports.

You will interface with customers, manage product inventory at the site, adjust chemical feed levels, and help troubleshoot issues while gaining hands-on experience in lab testing, equipment repair, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a technical field; experience in lieu accepted.

Responsibilities

• The primary resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contributes to service report preparation.
• Interfacing with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment.
