Job summary

RGBSI's Zobility division seeks a technically adept professional to act as the link between a customer plant and the client, ensuring accurate data handling and prompt containment of non-conformances. You will verify parts in the system, communicate with stakeholders, and provide essential technical support from the customer facility.

The role requires an engineering education, proficiency with Excel, Word, and email, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills to interface with customers

Qualifications

• College degree with a major in Engineering.
• Training in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
• Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
• Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Client.
• Expedite non-confirming material back to Client same day.
• Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
• Provide technical support and system understanding.
• Write a weekly trip report.
• Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.
