Sunrock is seeking a Field Services Representative in Durham, North Carolina, to act as the on-site liaison between job sites and core teams. This role is vital for managing customer needs and ensuring project quality and safety. You will handle site inspections, problem-solving and provide coaching to drivers while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to prepare jobs and confirm schedules.
• Serve as the on-site problem solver and manage customer expectations.
• Provide real-time updates to Dispatch.
• Support and coach drivers on safety and site conditions.
• Monitor product quality through testing and communicate adjustments.
• Document unusual site conditions that may impact performance.
• Partner with Sales for customer insights and identify new opportunities.
