Doota Industrial America, LLC is seeking a Field QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance on the Taylor, Texas construction site. You will develop QC procedures, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with client standards.

This full-time, onsite role collaborates with the project team, master electrician, and site leadership; ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA/QC in electrical or telecom, ISO knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in electrical/telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with focus on identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Six sigma certification, preferred.
• NESC, OSHA, ANSI certifications, preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformances.
• Work with project team, site supervisor, master electrician, and stakeholders to develop corrective action plans.
• Provide training and support to project team members on quality control procedures.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on quality control matters.
