Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical QAQC Engineer to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on overseeing onsite quality control, reviewing drawings and submittals, and coordinating inspections with the GC and QC manager.

The candidate will ensure compliance with project requirements, track equipment, and support safety programs while collaborating with project teams and leadership. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial electrical work experience.
• Experience as Electrical Foreman with QC teamwork.
• Strong communication with GCs, PMs, foremen and leadership.
• Familiarity with construction software.
• Experience with Procore or similar PM tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Willingness to travel, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid knowledge of electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite quality control processes.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for compliance.
• Approve technical documents, including shop drawings and inspection reports.
• Track delivered equipment and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with GC and QC manager.
• Perform site audits to ensure quality, safety and code compliance.
• Attend safety training and follow company policies.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
