Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical in Pecos, Texas, seeks a full-time QA/QC Manager for Data Center projects. You will develop QA/QC plans, manage testing deliverables, and work with project teams to ensure first-time quality on electrical installations.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of electrical construction experience, at least 4 years in QAQC or commissioning, and strong Excel/Word skills. On-site role with occasional field coordination.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in QAQC or Commissioning of Electrical Systems.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical Field experience not required but preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines and QA/QC/CX software.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of QA/QC standards and continuous improvement evaluations.
• Develops project-specific QA/QC plans and ensures implementation with Project Team.
• Manages deliverables of all QA/QC levels and CX coordination.
• Works with the project CX Team to close out CX activities.
• Trains and evaluates project QA/QC staff and onboarding.
