Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking an experienced Field Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project in the San Francisco area. The role focuses on coordinating field operations, managing distributed teams, and ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.

You will oversee schedules, track KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain project alignment and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience managing distributed field teams preferred.
• Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project.
• Manage communication with distributed field teams.
• Organize team schedules, assignments and activities.
• Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and KPIs.
• Collect, review and maintain operational reports and data.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to management.
• Support field team members with day-to-day questions.
• Ensure project processes and requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Maintain records, trackers, and documentation in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Identify operational risks and propose solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
