Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to work with tools and learn flushing systems.
• OSHA 30 certification and commitment to a zero-incident workplace.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clear verbal communication with supervisors and teammates.
• Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobilization and demobilization of flushing operations.
• Support site setup, teardown, and night-shift operations as required.
• Ensure equipment, tools, and vehicles are ready for projects; perform checklists.
• Follow SOPs for consistency, safety, and technical accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, facilities and vehicles; assist with record keeping.
• Adhere to safety procedures at shop and job sites, maintain defensible driving record.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork with clients and colleagues.
• Continuously learn about flush equipment and mechanical systems.
