Qualifications

• Must possess mechanical aptitude and be able to learn complex flushing systems.
• Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• OSHA 30 Certified and committed to a zero-incident work environment.
• Good verbal communication with supervisors and team members.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must pass drug tests and background checks.
• Able to work in outdoor environments and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobilization/demobilization, site setup, teardown, and night shift operations as required.
• Help ensure equipment, tools, and vehicles are ready for projects; perform pre- and post-job checklists.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and technical accuracy.
• Maintain tools, facilities, and vehicle cleanliness; assist in record keeping and documentation.
• Follow PurgeRite safety procedures at shop and job sites; maintain safe driving record.
• Demonstrate professionalism and work harmoniously with team members and customers.
• Engage in continuous learning to understand flush equipment and mechanical systems.
• Protect client operations and represent PurgeRite with punctuality and professionalism.
