Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of flush equipment capabilities, tools, and mechanical systems.
• Strong history of working with mechanical systems and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and work with diverse teams and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting and client interaction.
• OSHA 30 certified and committed to safety.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks.
• Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Implement jobs in accordance with PurgeRite SOPs; lead on-site in the absence of a senior technician.
• Coordinate crew activities and mentor newer technicians.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and management; troubleshoot issues.
• Read and comprehend flush plans; assist in balancing systems to meet project requirements.
• Oversee pre/post job checklists, equipment readiness, and site safety.
• Contribute to high-quality flush reports for clients.
• Assist in the design of new equipment and improvements to procedures.
• Enforce safety protocols and manage tools and vehicles to standard.
