Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to deliver comprehensive on-site engineering support for a portfolio of large, complex clients. You will own all on-site service activities, perform advanced maintenance, and install low-complexity setups.

You will provide feedback to improve service delivery and use advanced tools to resolve issues. The role expects a High School Diploma or GED, with technical certification or an Associate Degree preferred, and typically 2–4 years of related experience in

Responsibilities

Provide full range of Field Engineering support for a base of large/complex clients.
Own onsite service activity from start to finish.
Perform advanced maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installation activities.
Provide technical feedback to improve service delivery.
Use advanced tools to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
Identify and resolve systemic issues within the team.
Proactively support teammates with technical assistance and expertise.
Contribute to client services metrics reporting and documentation.
Monitor issues and inform manager with improvement recommendations.
