Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in area of responsibility
• High School Diploma or GED required
• May require technical certification or Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Provides full range of Field Engineering support for a base of large/complex clients
• Takes ownership of onsite service activity
• Performs advanced maintenance on products including low-complexity installs
• Provides technical feedback to improve service delivery
• Uses advanced tools and knowledge to resolve client problems
• Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team
• Supports team members with technical assistance and expertise
• Contributes to improved client services metrics and documentation
• Monitors issues and informs management with improvement recommendations
