Job summary

Heunets Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer (1099 independent contractor) to provide standard onsite and desk-side support to end-users.

You will resolve basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues, image PCs using pre-defined gold images, and offer "smart hands" support under the guidance of Level 2 engineers or the SPOC. The role requires proficiency in English and the local language, with responsibilities including guided troubleshooting, SLA/ticket management, and basic data handling in a

Qualifications

Proficient in Office 365 environment; able to deploy, configure and troubleshoot core Office apps.
Experience building and configuring PCs using standard image baselines.
First-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, meeting room equipment, and video conferencing devices.
Basic troubleshooting for enterprise mobile devices (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

Provide basic onsite and desk-side support to end-users for hardware and standard software.
Troubleshoot PC-related issues following SOPs or guidance from Level 2 engineers or the SPOC on site.
Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs and keep tickets updated daily.
Assist with end-user data backup and restoration per guidelines during incidents.
Provide basic "smart hands" support in the data center under supervision (cables, status lights, daily tape changes).
