RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a full-time, onsite Field Administrator to support our construction operations at Naval Base Coronado in Coronado, CA. The role provides essential administrative and compliance support on an active project, with a team-focused environment and opportunities to grow in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in an administrative position.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software, systems, and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Process Federal certified payroll and support related compliance requirements.
• Coordinate base access requests.
• Manage project vendors and assist with vendor-related administrative needs.
• Request and maintain tier insurance documentation.
• Support onsite facility management activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and document control.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and project events.
• Prepare meeting agendas and record/distribute meeting minutes.
• Provide general administrative support to the onsite construction team.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, project personnel, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
