Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a full-time, onsite Field Administrator to support our construction operations at Naval Base Coronado in Coronado, CA. You will be part of the onsite project team, handling administrative, compliance, coordination, and documentation tasks to keep the project running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and customer-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in an administrative position.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing Federal certified payroll and supporting related compliance requirements.
• Coordinating base access requests.
• Managing project vendors and assisting with vendor-related administrative needs.
• Requesting and maintaining tier insurance documentation.
• Supporting onsite facility management activities.
• Maintaining accurate project records and document control.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and project events.
• Preparing meeting agendas and recording/distributing meeting minutes.
• Providing general administrative support to the onsite construction team.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion.
• Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, project personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced project environment.
