Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Smithfield, NC is hiring a Fibrelite Assembler for our onsite manufacturing cell. You will complete large parts assembly, follow standard work instructions, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include meeting daily production rates, reporting issues, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Able to read and follow standard work instructions.
• Willing to work 40+ hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete required large parts assembly activities for an assigned cell while maintaining product quality and safe work practices.
• Read and follow standard work instructions and keep supervisory staff informed of cell activity.
• Attend required training and adhere to safety procedures at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Operate hand tools and perform other duties as assigned.
