Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow standard work instructions.
• English comprehension and expression required (verbal & written).
• Able to use hand tools and PPE as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Complete large parts assembly activities for an assigned cell.
• Meet and maintain daily production rates and goals.
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
• Inform supervisory staff of quality, parts supply and safety issues.
• Attend required training and participate in continuous improvement activities.
