Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Fibrelite Assembler to perform large parts assembly, ensure quality, and maintain safe work practices. The role emphasizes meeting daily production rates, following standard work instructions, and communicating workflow status with supervision.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, English proficiency, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40+ hours with overtime.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED, or in lieu of education, 1 year of recent steady manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression both verbal and written.
Must be able to work all scheduled hours (40+ hours) and overtime as mandated by the business.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and stand for extended periods, with occasional pushing/pulling.

Complete required large parts assembly activities for an assigned cell while maintaining product quality and safety.
Meet daily production rates and goals as established by the company.
Read and follow standard work instructions and keep supervisor informed of cell activity.
