Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is hiring a Fibrelite Assembler to perform large parts assembly in an assigned cell, ensuring quality and adherence to safety practices. The role requires reading standard work instructions and meeting daily production targets.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent manufacturing experience) and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and wear PPE. Overtime may be required and a discretionary bonus is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Able to stand, push/pull, bend, twist, and work in weather extremes (>90 degrees).
• Must wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Complete required large parts assembly activities for an assigned cell while maintaining product quality and safe work practices.
• Meet daily production rates and goals as established by the company.
• Read and follow standard work instructions.
• Inform supervisory staff about quality, parts supply and safety issues.
• Complete cell activities and documentation for the assigned work cell.
