Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Chicago, IL is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to welcome patients, verify information, and direct them to the appropriate departments. This role is ideal for compassionate, customer-service oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced clinic setting.

You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM onsite, with potential travel to Tinley Park and Oak Brook. Training hours may be 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM during the onboarding period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist, front desk associate, or in a customer service-related role.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide support to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays and balance dues at the time of service.
• Prepare for the next day’s appointments and ensure all necessary documentation and materials are ready.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
