Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role with 4–6 home visits weekly.

Leads are provided and you’ll earn uncapped commissions; top reps exceed $120k. We offer paid training, mileage reimbursement, a reliable vehicle, and a clear path to sales management for high performers.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred
• Ability to measure properties accurately
• Comfortable with CRM and spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process
• Follow up with prospects until they decide
• Hand off signed projects to project manager with clean notes
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system
