Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC in Richardson, TX is hiring a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked home appointments, measure properties, and write winning quotes. This outside sales role travels to customers’ homes 4–6 days a week, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

You’ll educate homeowners on materials and install timing, track follow-ups, and hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Ability to measure properties accurately.

Responsibilities

• Run 46 days pre-booked appointments per week across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clear notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target and follow the sales system.
