Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments, measure properties, and prepare quotes for homeowners in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. This outside sales role requires showing up at customers' homes 4–6 days a week and building trust to secure projects.

Leads are provided; you will not cold-call. Mileage is reimbursed, and top reps earn six figures with uncapped commissions after ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone; mileage reimbursed.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM and basic spreadsheets is a plus.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day at homeowners’ properties.
• Measure properties accurately and identify project scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to project manager with clear notes.
• Hit monthly closing targets with the company’s system.
