Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in Maryland is seeking a senior, on-site delivery expert for complex enterprise infrastructure support within federal programs. The role requires deep technical leadership, customer-facing service delivery, and a TS/SCI with poly clearance.

You will guide cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to government accounts, delivering high-impact mission-critical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate in a technical field with 6–8 years of related experience.
Experience in customer-facing service delivery or technical account management is preferred.
Active U.S. Government TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments including compute, storage, networking, AI/HPC or mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

Operate multiple critical or high-risk technology areas/customer groups.
Mentor team members and consult with customers and vendors on complex issues.
Lead and deliver Mission Critical or project delivery teams for complex solutions.
Drive customer risk identification and mitigation to ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, support, supply chain, and account teams.
