Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field with 5 years’ experience (8 years without a degree) in estimating construction projects.
• Experience estimating projects up to $3M using estimating and scheduling software.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of government contracting and federal/state safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for diverse construction and renovation projects.
• Gather quotes from vendors and perform cost analysis.
• Develop project change orders and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with procurement and project principals.
• Manage proposal schedules and deliverables.
